The seqdb version of this gofull load is NOT complete
We are having problems loading November and December numbers of 
sequences into the database.  There are roughly 2M sequences missing
from the database.  To our knowledge, the rest of the database is
correct and complete, just the DBXREF and SEQ tables are wrong
